Pybus Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading automotive retailer for a Local Business Development Executive covering Dagenham.

This is a hybrid dealership and field-based role, ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving commercial growth.

As a key member of the fleet and local business team, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities across a range of products and services, including:

• New and Used Passenger Vehicle Sales
• Commercial Vehicle Sales
• Fleet Solutions
• Aftersales Services
• Parts and Service Contracts

The Role

You’ll take ownership of developing and growing a local business customer database, actively networking throughout the area to uncover new opportunities and build long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, commercially focused, and confident working independently whilst maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Requirements

• What We’re Looking For
• • Minimum 2 years’ sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of generating and winning new business
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Professional, consultative sales approach
  • Ability to manage existing accounts while continuously developing new opportunities
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
