Overview

We are looking for a self-sufficient, enthusiastic and driven General Manager who’ll support and lead the Team of high-performing individuals in Sales and Service. You must have a ‘Can do’ attitude, care about your team and customers and bring enthusiasm, energy and motivation to the workplace. You’ll monitor team performance, provide coaching, drive lead management, and ensure showroom/workshop standards are consistently met. You will bring passion and ownership to your work, contributing to a positive, innovative, and supportive environment where both colleagues and bikers feel valued. 

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • Lead and manage the team to ensure exceptional customer service and results are delivered.
  • Drive sales and labour sales while managing the cost base
  • Coach and support the team to identify customer needs, providing guidance, maintaining policies and procedures, and contributing to daily briefings with the Head of Business as well as assisting the Sales Manager. 
  • Manage and motivate the team to ensure objectives and KPI’s are met and exceeded.
  • Build and develop a strong culture within the Store with a strong succession of leaders in waiting

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager within the Automotive / Retail Sector.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing busy sales and aftersales teams. 
  • Current UK Driving Licence.

Desirable: 

  • Familiarity with motorcycles is preferred.
  • FCA Accreditation would be beneficial.
