What you’ll be doing

• Driving performance across all departments to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of financial targets
• Working with Department Managers to create coordinated, detailed annual plans aligned with long-term business goals
• Establishing effective organisational structures and control systems to ensure efficient operations
• Monitoring trends and identifying potential risks, taking timely corrective action
• Responding to competitive market activity to protect and grow the business
• Leading and developing Department Managers and their teams to achieve business objectives

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
• Demonstrable track record of success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and perform under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
