Apprenticeship Central director Eleanor Baker Barnes will discuss automotive retention and recruitment at Automechanika Birmingham 2025.

She will deliver her session, ‘Unlocking the Potential of Apprentices in the Automotive Industry’, during Body Repair Live at 2pm on Wednesday, 4 June.

The session will cover attracting high-calibre apprentice candidates, supporting them throughout their journey, and improving retention to future-proof businesses.
