‘Skills fluidity’ to drive long-term UK hiring trends

Half of UK professionals (51%) believe that ‘skills fluidity’, the ability to quickly shift capabilities to in-demand areas, will drive hiring habits over the next four decades, according to survey findings released yesterday (17 November) by global talent solutions firm Robert Walters.

Fewer than a third (31%) of respondents to the poll reported having received employer funding for professional development, including upskilling or training opportunities. Read More
