With the employment rights bill looming on the horizon, employers are lacking conviction in the legal readiness of their HR practices.
Only one in six (16 per cent) employers feel ‘very confident’ that their organisation’s HR processes would stand up if they came under legal challenge, a survey by WorkNest has revealed.
Of the 300 employers polled, a fifth (18 per cent) admitted they lacked confidence in their processes, while 64 per cent said they felt ‘fairly confident’ that their HR practices would withstand scrutiny by an employment tribunal. Read more
