They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Edinburgh.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification

Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities

Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise

Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process

Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team

Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure

A commitment to integrity, teamwork, and delivering work of the highest quality
