We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded luxury car and 4×4 specialist based in Cranleigh, working with some of the most desirable vehicles on the road today. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to work in a specialist, performance-led environment rather than a fast-fit or volume workshop.

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of work on luxury and performance vehicles, including:

• Servicing, maintenance, and inspections
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Mechanical repairs (engine, suspension, brakes, transmissions, etc.)
• Supporting internal quality and safety standards
• Working collaboratively within a skilled technical team

Requirements

The role is varied and engaging, offering exposure to interesting vehicles rather than repetitive warranty or recall work.
What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Experience working with prestige, performance, or specialist vehicles (highly desirable)
• Pride in workmanship with strong attention to detail
• A professional attitude and team-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
