Preston | Up to £43,000 Basic + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + Time Saved Bonus | OTE £52,000
Our client, a successful Volkswagen dealership in Preston, is seeking an experienced Senior / Master Technician to join their busy and growing workshop team.

The Role
As a Senior / Master Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, carrying out vehicle health checks, warranty repairs, road testing vehicles and completing all associated workshop documentation.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous Technician experience within a dealership or independent garage
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- MOT and EV experience desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
