Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, prime and paint vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials
• Carry out paint repairs efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards
• Achieve excellent colour matching and finishing results
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Collaborate with workshop colleagues to ensure vehicles are completed on time and to the highest standards

Requirements

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Paint Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
• Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and repair techniques
• Excellent colour matching and paint finishing skills
• ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• A full UK driving licence
