Salary: Up to £41,600 + bonus 

Sector: Accident Repair / Bodyshop 

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent) – Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week – no weekends! 

About the Role 

Our client, a well-established Accident Repair Bodyshop based in Crediton, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their skilled team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional to work in a modern repair environment with a strong reputation for workmanship. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Preparing vehicles for paint, including masking and priming 

  • Mixing and applying paint to manufacturer and customer standards 

  • Colour matching and blending 

  • Using spray booths and related equipment safely and correctly 

  • Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards 

  • Working collaboratively with panel technicians and estimators 

Skills & Experience Required 

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer in an accident repair/bodyshop environment – ideally Level 3 or ATA Qualified 

  • High standard of finish with strong attention to detail 

  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines without compromising quality 

  • Knowledge of modern paint systems and repair techniques 

  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
