Salary: Up to £41,600 + bonus

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent) – Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week – no weekends!
About the Role
Our client, a well-established Accident Repair Bodyshop based in Crediton, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their skilled team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional to work in a modern repair environment with a strong reputation for workmanship.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing vehicles for paint, including masking and priming

Mixing and applying paint to manufacturer and customer standards

Colour matching and blending
-
Using spray booths and related equipment safely and correctly

Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards

Working collaboratively with panel technicians and estimators
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer in an accident repair/bodyshop environment – ideally Level 3 or ATA Qualified

High standard of finish with strong attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently to deadlines without compromising quality

Knowledge of modern paint systems and repair techniques

Team player with a positive and professional attitude
