We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Used Car Sales Executive to join a high-performing sales team. The Role

As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Selling used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
• Demonstrating vehicle features and arranging test drives
• Building rapport with customers to understand and meet their needs
• Promoting finance, insurance, warranties, and value-added products
• Maintaining accurate customer records within the dealership CRM system
• Achieving and exceeding vehicle sales targets and KPI objectives
• Following up on leads and generating repeat and referral business

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably within a franchised or independent dealership environment
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• Good IT and administrative skills
• A full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Experience selling finance and insurance products
• Knowledge of used vehicle stock management processes
• FCA awareness and compliance knowledge
