Salary: £24,000 base salary + uncapped bonus + company car + benefits
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
5 days out of 7
Every Saturday required
Sundays worked on a rota basis
About the Role
Our client, one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join their successful Used Car Sales team in Hull.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in a target-driven environment. Automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximising sales opportunities, and contributing to the continued success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the highest levels of customer service through a knowledgeable, professional, and responsive approach.
Exceed customer expectations throughout the entire sales journey.
Achieve personal vehicle sales targets, profit targets, and key performance indicators.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Promote and maintain the high standards and reputation of both the dealership and manufacturer brand.
Support the wider sales team in achieving dealership objectives.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 12 months’ successful experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales role.
Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Be highly motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Take pride in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction while maximising sales opportunities.
Be a self-motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed.
Thrive in a competitive and process-driven environment.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
