Job Role: Vehicle Technician
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Location: Droitwich – WR9
Up to £40,000 + Bonus Depending on Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and expanding team. Based a couple of miles outside Droitwich town centre, our garage is located within the grounds of a large country estate, offering a unique and pleasant working environment.

About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for safely preparing customers’ vehicles for the road ahead, completing repairs and maintenance to a high standard, and ensuring total customer satisfaction at all times. You will have the opportunity to work with an exciting range of manufacturers, including specialist and performance vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
• Servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and safely
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Working collaboratively within a small, close-knit team
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment

The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
• Ideally aged 30+ with strong hands-on experience
• Experience with JLR or performance vehicles desirable but not essential
• Qualifications not essential – practical experience is key
• A reliable team player who fits well in a small team
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

Working Hours
• Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 41.5 hours per week
• No weekends
• Overtime available
