The Role
As a SMART Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- SMART repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Localised paint and bumper repairs
- Minor bodywork and filling repairs
- Vehicle preparation and refinishing
- Alloy wheel refurbishment
- Windscreen chip repairs
- Colour matching and paint blending
- Maintaining excellent quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician, or similar role
- Strong paint and refinishing skills
- Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
