Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £31,500 basic salary plus bonus
Hours: 42 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, plus Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm on a rota basis)

Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Senior Parts Advisor on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and established automotive business, playing a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of the Parts Department. Working closely with the Parts Manager and a dedicated team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring accurate stock control and efficient parts operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Parts Manager with the day-to-day running of the department.
  • Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop.
  • Ensure all parts are accurately stored, located, and controlled.
  • Process incoming orders and maintain up-to-date returns procedures.
  • Assist retail and workshop customers with parts enquiries and orders.
  • Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure all customer and workshop orders are processed promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Senior Parts Advisor position within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of parts operations, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems and parts management software.
  • A proactive and organised approach to work.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • The confidence to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
