Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

✔ Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant Sales Management experience with a Premium Brans
✔ Demonstrate drive, ambition and strong leadership skills
✔ Show a high level of commercial awareness and motor industry knowledge
✔ Have a proven track record of achieving financial objectives, including budgets, sales, profit and CSI targets
✔ Be able to maximise volume and profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
✔ Possess strong written, analytical and numerical skills
✔ Have a proactive management style aligned with strong corporate values
✔ Be IT literate (Kerridge experience would be advantageous)
