Pybus Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive retailer in Bristol for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead a successful used car operation and drive performance through a high-performing sales team. The Role

As Used Car Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading a controlled and compliant sales process through a team of Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues. With a strong focus on coaching, motivation and customer experience, you will lead from the front, maintaining hands-on involvement in sales activity and customer interaction.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing used car sales team
• Driving sales of used vehicles, finance products, GAP insurance and associated products
• Managing first and second-facing activity to maximise performance and customer satisfaction
• Delivering sales campaigns and promotions to meet volume and profitability targets
• Ensuring all activity is conducted in line with FCA regulations and company standards
• Maintaining the highest levels of customer experience and ethical selling
