Location: Wolverhampton
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £30,500 basic salary (depending on experience), plus bonus
Hours: 42 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, plus Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm on a rota basis)
Pybus Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor on behalf of our client in Wolverhampton.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful automotive business and become a key member of a busy Parts Department. Working alongside an experienced team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate stock control, and supporting workshop operations.
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring retail and workshop customers receive a prompt, professional service while helping to maintain the efficient day-to-day running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily department activities.
- Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop.
- Ensure all parts and stock items are correctly located and controlled.
- Receive and process incoming orders.
- Manage returns and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and in person.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate administrative and stock records.
- Report stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and trade customers.

Requirements
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role within the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good IT skills and experience using parts or stock management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and professional approach to teamwork.
- The ability to work independently when required.
