£50,000 per annum + Monthly Team Bonus of £125

About Our client

Our client is a well-established independent accident repair bodyshop with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join our friendly and professional team in their Aston Bodyshop.

Working Hours

39 hours per week 
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm 
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards. Working as part of an experienced team, you will carry out panel repairs, replacements, and vehicle realignment tasks whilst maintaining the highest levels of workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and replacements on accident-damaged vehicles.

• Remove and refit body panels and associated components.

• Straighten and realign vehicle bodywork using appropriate repair methods and equipment.

• Ensure repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve productivity and quality targets.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

About You

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair bodyshop.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and procedures.

• Ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work.

• ATA accreditation or NVQ / IMI Level 3 is desirable but not essential.

• Full UK driving licence preferred.
