Job Title: Bodyshop Paint Prepper

Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + Bonus

Role is working Monday to Friday and normal daytime hours (no weekends)

They are now looking for a Vehicle Paint Prepper for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Leicester

About the Job

As a Vehicle Paint Prepper you will be responsible for:

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, priming, and panel preparation

Ensuring high standards of finish and accuracy in every repair

Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality

Collaborating with the wider workshop team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a Prep Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment

Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to work well within a team and independently

A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering excellence
