Hours: 44 hours per week | Monday to Thursday | 6:00pm – 6:00am
Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: Up to £48,384 – Night Shift Allowance: £4,500 per annum OTE: £52,884+ plus bonus potential
About the Opportunity
Pybus Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Night Shift MET Technician to join a highly successful and growing accident repair business in Leeds. Working as part of a dedicated night shift team, you will play a key role in returning vehicles to their pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest standards of repair and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove damaged vehicle components in line with repair estimates
- Refit repaired or replacement parts to manufacturer standards
- Restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Achieve estimated repair times and productivity targets
- Identify and report any additional faults or damage found during repairs
- Accurately record all parts, materials and consumables used throughout the repair process
- Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
Requirements
About You
- ATA accredited or NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a MET Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining high repair standards
