Job Title: New & Used Car Retail Sales Manager

Location: Ballymena, County Antrim, BT42

Salary: £36,253 + bonus + commission – OTE £55,823 + company car

Our client is a large dealer group with over 60 car dealerships all over the UK, including several in Northern Ireland.

They are now looking to recruit for a New & Used Car Retail Sales Manager for their dealership in Ballymena.

The New & Used Car Retail Manager will support the sales manager in the day to day  leadership of the sales department.  The successful candidate will inspire your team to deliver on our objectives through excellent customer service, driving with our ambition to drive the standard in customer care . You will be responsible for delivering all results through a compliant and efficient approach to all aspects of the sales process. You’ll , lead and develop the team to manage key areas such as test drives, prospecting and excellent physical and video presentations. We have plenty to offer in return. Applicants must have a full valid manual driving licence held for a minimum period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Sales team to manage customer enquiries to meet the company sales standards

• Lead the team to carry out prospecting activity to meet the company standards

• Ensure the dealership achieves all compliance standards to meet requirements from the regulator and those set by the companies audit department

• Responsible for coaching and leading the team to have excellent product knowledge, presentation skills agreeing and recording all action plans on the monthly 1:1 review.

• Carry out the sales process utilising all the sales tools available using video, appraisals, enquiry management system.

• Work to the company sales standards to achieve volume and profit objectives in a compliant manner

• Work to the company standards to deliver finance and insurance objectives in a compliant manner

• Do you have 2 years previous sales experience in the Automotive industry?
