Job Title: Motorcycle Technician

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE Circa £35,000)
Location: Leeds

About the Role

As a Motorcycle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance work to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of motorcycles
• Conducting diagnostic work and fault‑finding
• Carrying out pre‑delivery inspections (PDIs)
• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintaining accurate records and job sheets
• Working closely with the service team to provide updates
• Keeping the workshop clean, safe, and organised

Working Hours

Dealership opening hours:

Monday – Closed
Tuesday – 9am–6pm
Wednesday – 9am–6pm
Thursday – 9am–6pm
Friday – 9am–6pm
Saturday – 9am–5pm
Sunday – Closed
You will work every Saturday, with Sunday and Monday as your regular days off.

Requirements

Essential:

• Level 3 Motorcycle Mechanic qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven hands‑on experience working on motorcycles
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Full motorcycle licence
