Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician (Service Technician)

Location: Battersea

Salary: Up to £40,000k basic (depending on experience and qualifications) + Plus Bonus

Some currently earning £1000 per month in bonus

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our client growing team for their independent garage based in Battersea

Salary & Benefits

Overtime available paid at time-and-a-half

Fuel contribution towards travel to and from work

Monday to Friday working hours – 1 in 3 saturdays when required

Occasional Saturday mornings required throughout the year

About the Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairs, and MOT preparation across a variety of makes and models. You’ll work with modern diagnostic tools to ensure every vehicle is maintained to the highest standards.

You’ll be joining a supportive and professional team in a clean, organised workshop environment where your skills and experience are genuinely appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards

Diagnose faults using modern electronic diagnostic equipment

Perform mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately

Prepare vehicles for MOT testing

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Licence/Certification:

• driving licence (required)
• Level 2 / Level 3 in vehicle maintenance (required)
