Salary: £54,600 per annum (£21 per hour) with a salary increase upon successful completion of probation
Company Vehicle: EV Company Car Provided
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Panel Beater Technician to support our sites across the Southern Region. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and enjoys working within a modern, forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

As a Mobile Panel Beater Technician, you will travel between Halo sites carrying out expert vehicle body repairs to manufacturer and insurer standards. You will play a vital role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition while maintaining exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements to the highest standards
Perform MET tasks including rebuilding doors and fitting front panels and vehicle components
Weld and bond replacement panels and components
Apply fillers and sealants to prepare vehicles for painting
Ensure all repairs meet quality, manufacturer, and insurer standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Use tools and equipment correctly and safely
Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements
Wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all safety protocols
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while supporting colleagues across multiple sites
About You

Essential Requirements

✅ Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater in an accident repair environment and live between Poole and Slough

✅ Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and processes

✅ Experience repairing Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (EVs)

✅ Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

✅ High attention to detail and commitment to quality

✅ Strong organisational and communication skills

✅ Team-focused approach with a positive attitude

✅ Full UK Driving Licence
