Salary: Basic Salary £40,000 + Bonus + Company Car – OTE between £50,000 – £55,000.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring that we deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique needs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
