Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all departments to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve financial targets
  • Work with Department Managers to create detailed annual business plans aligned to long‑term goals
  • Develop organisational structures and control systems to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor performance trends, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Analyse competitive threats and market opportunities to protect profitability and brand performance
  • Guide and support department managers to ensure the entire team contributes to business objectives.
