Key Responsibilities
- Lead all departments to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve financial targets
- Work with Department Managers to create detailed annual business plans aligned to long‑term goals
- Develop organisational structures and control systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor performance trends, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
- Analyse competitive threats and market opportunities to protect profitability and brand performance
- Guide and support department managers to ensure the entire team contributes to business objectives.

- Proven experience in a similar senior automotive leadership role
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
- Demonstrable track record of achieving results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
