Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary + bonus – OTE Up to £70,000 + benefits

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager who will be responsible for the Service Department within a dealership, ensuring that volume and profit targets are met. The successful candidate will maximise productivity and identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions required to improve sales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and can motivate and support others in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years experience as an Aftersales Manager

You must have a proven history of team leadership

You will be self-motivated, dedicated and determined
