Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 6:00pm)
Salary: Up to £70,000 OTE
(Basic salary £50,000 – £55,000 plus bonus, dependent on experience)

About the Role

Pybus Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected automotive business in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Aftersales Manager to step into a career-defining role within a busy, premium aftersales operation.

You will lead a professional and customer-focused aftersales team, setting the standard for service excellence and operational performance. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team, ensuring high productivity, exceptional customer satisfaction, and strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the aftersales team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring smooth operations and maximum productivity
• Drive performance against budget, targets, and KPIs, taking corrective action where required
• Ensure Service Advisors remain highly customer-focused while achieving upselling and revenue targets
• Provide guidance, training, and appraisals to support team development and progression
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels across the department
• Analyse local market data to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare forecasts and management reports in a timely and accurate manner

• Proven experience in a similar Aftersales Manager role within a premium automotive environment
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
• Commercially focused with experience in transactional aftersales operations
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Full UK driving licence required
