This is an excellent opportunity for a driven automotive professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy showroom, leading the sales team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maximising commercial performance.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

As Showroom Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all customer enquiries are managed effectively and recorded accurately within company systems each day.
• Leading, motivating and developing the sales team to achieve volume, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintaining exceptional vehicle displays and showroom presentation standards.
• Managing and overseeing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Supporting the achievement of finance and insurance performance objectives.
• Ensuring all finance documentation is completed accurately and in full compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Monitoring team performance and implementing actions to improve conversion rates and customer outcomes.
• Maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and retention.
