The Role

As Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by building and presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers following qualification from the sales executives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building, presenting and converting finance and insurance solutions in line with customer needs
• Ensuring full compliance with all financial and insurance regulations
• Supporting and enhancing the dealership sales process
• Driving departmental performance to meet and exceed agreed targets
• Engaging with customers and delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Supporting colleagues to maximise new and used vehicle sales alongside add-on products including finance, warranty, paint protection and insurance products

Requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a Business Manager or Sales Management role within the automotive industry
• A strong understanding of finance and insurance products and associated regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• A customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
• A full, valid UK driving licence
