Business Manager – Battersea
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 44 hours on a rota basis (Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00, Sunday 11:00–15:00)
Salary: £60,000 OTE (including £38,000 basic, bonus, and company car)

Pybus Recruitment are looking for a driven and motivational Business Manager to join a successful automotive dealership in Battersea.

Business and Transaction Managers play a key role in dealership success. You’ll coach your team, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the highest standards of compliance and customer care. If areas such as compliance, finance & insurance performance, and forecasting come naturally to you, this role could be ideal.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop Sales Executives to maximise performance
- Recommend appropriate finance and insurance products tailored to customer needs, ensuring full compliance
- Maintain a compliant and transparent sales process with a strong focus on customer fairness
- Monitor finance and insurance performance against targets
- Work with management to coach and develop the team to achieve business objectives
- Assist with planning, forecasting, and adapting business strategies
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers
- Accurately log and track activity, providing feedback to management

About You
- Previous automotive experience is essential
- Proven ability to drive performance and support a high-performing team
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of finance and insurance products and regulations
- Organised, driven, and comfortable working to targets and deadlines
