Salary: £26,412 + company vehicle + uncapped commission – OTE £80K
Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
– Promote and sell a wide range of commercial vans to both new and existing business clients.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise sales potential.
– Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
– Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives for potential customers.
– Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to successful vehicle handover.
– Stay informed about product developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide diligent aftersales support.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Proven experience in sales within the automotive or commercial vehicles sector.
– Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
– Confident, personable, and highly goal-oriented.
– Full, clean driving licence.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
