Job Title: Fitness Motivator and Personal Trainer

Location: Sunderland SR5 1SU

Salary: Basic: £11.44 per hour + £20 per hour on personal training plus Benefits

30 Hours + additional unlimited personal training opportunities

Our client is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual.
The successful candidate will be contracted as a Fitness Motivator working 30 hours per week with the additional opportunity to deliver unlimited Personal Training at £20 per hour.

Job description:

· Promote a positive member journey and experience that generates compliments and helps retain members
· Support the Fitness Manager with the implementation of various member engagement initiatives including fitness challenges, member of the month etc
· Interact with members to support their training goals
· Complete the tasks to ensure the standards of the fitness activity meet company expectations
· Increase and maximise occupancy levels
· Interact with members to support their training goals
· Assist in the monitoring of group exercise attendance by checking customers attending
· Aid retention target of fitness members through consistent delivery of the EA NOP/Fitness Standards
· Support the centre’s work towards Quest, IiP, ISO 14001/45001, 18001 and other awards
· A safe, secure, clean, well-maintained facilities that are accessible and inclusive for all.
· Ensure your shifts start on time
· Wear uniform as per the company standard

Requirements

Requirements:

You must be a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor or equivalent with at least 1-year personal training. All successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check.
