Job Title: Bodyshop General Manager

Location: Darlington, DL3

Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience) + bonus – OTE Up to £75,000 + car allowance

Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week – No Weekends

Full-Time – Permanent Position

In 2024, our client opened the doors to an innovative and state-of-the-art Bodyshop in Darlington, and we are on the lookout for talented individual to be the Bodyshop Manager and lead the team going forward.

You will be:-

· Manage on-site team of experts (paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff)

· Experienced in team management and driven by results

· Understand business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs

· Efficiently manage site resources and costs for optimal capability and profitability

· Actively manage relationships with work providers and suppliers

· Handle customer issues and complaints effectively

· Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise in health and safety protocols

· Ensure consistent adherence to health and safety measures

· Plan workload to meet agreed timescales for vehicle readiness

· Work skillfully and safely, following manufacturers' specifications

· Lead and collaborate effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision

· Flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
