Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• NO WEEKEND WORKING

This role is ideal for technicians seeking a better work-life balance while continuing to develop their technical expertise within a franchised dealer network.

The Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults.
• Using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and systems.
• Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Supporting other technicians with complex technical issues.
• Completing all work efficiently and accurately.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation.

Requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Previous experience within a dealership or professional workshop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Awareness and understanding of Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and safety procedures.
• A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
