Customer Service Advisor – Automotive Aftersales

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience while supporting the smooth operation of the service department.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and managed professionally throughout the service process. You will work closely with internal departments, maintain accurate records, and help drive customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
• Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
• Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and repair requirements
• Handling sensitive and confidential customer information
• Supporting the service team in achieving departmental targets
• Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate customer records and administration

Requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, or similar customer-facing automotive role
• At least 1 year’s experience within the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset
