Pybus Recruitment is working with a highly regarded franchised dealership in Richmond that is seeking a skilled Preparation Technician to join its busy workshop team.
This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before delivery to customers. You’ll be joining a professional and supportive workshop environment with excellent opportunities for future progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out vehicle health checks and inspections
- Completing servicing and maintenance work
- Preparing new and used vehicles for sale and delivery
- Diagnosing and rectifying minor faults
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards
- Maintaining accurate job records

Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Prep Technician
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Full UK driving licence
