Pybus Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent franchised automotive retailer in Burton upon Trent for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and successful aftersales team where you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the smooth operation of the service department.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service throughout their vehicle’s journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and booking vehicles into the workshop
• Managing customer expectations and keeping them informed throughout the repair process
• Preparing job cards and workshop documentation
• Liaising with technicians to monitor vehicle progress
• Advising customers on additional work and vehicle maintenance requirements
• Processing invoices and service-related administration
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
• The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
• A professional and positive attitude
• IT literacy and experience using dealership management systems
• A full UK driving licence
