Pybus Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established automotive retail business in the search for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team in Erdington, Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive dealership experience who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.

• Previous automotive dealership experience
• Experience using Kerridge/Keyloop desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage confidential information
• Positive, driven and team-focused attitude
