Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Dismantler / Vehicle Stripper to join their busy operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys hands-on work, vehicle stripping, parts identification, and working within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Offering a basic salary of up to £40,000 plus bonus, this role provides excellent earning potential alongside a great work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours and no weekends.

The Role

As a Vehicle Dismantler / Vehicle Stripper, you will be responsible for safely dismantling vehicles, removing parts and components, identifying reusable parts, and supporting the preparation process for vehicles within the business.

Key Responsibilities
Dismantle vehicles efficiently and safely.
Remove mechanical, electrical, and body components.
Identify and catalogue reusable parts.
Assess vehicle condition and highlight any issues.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
Maintain a clean, organised, and productive work area.
Work closely with workshop and vehicle preparation teams.
Meet productivity and quality targets.

What We’re Looking For
Essential
Previous experience as a Vehicle Dismantler, Vehicle Stripper, Vehicle Technician, or similar automotive role.
Good mechanical knowledge across various makes and models.
Ability to use workshop tools and equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and hard-working attitude.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable
Experience working within vehicle salvage, recycling, or used car operations.
Parts identification experience.
Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification.
