Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join a successful and growing automotive business covering the Dundee area.

The Role

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs at customer locations. You will deliver exceptional levels of customer service while ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections.
  • Diagnose faults and provide technical advice and solutions.
  • Complete work in accordance with manufacturer and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician.
  • ATA accreditation (desirable).
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • The right to work in the UK.
