As Service Manager, you will support the Aftersales Manager in the day-to-day running of the Service Department, helping to deliver exceptional customer service and outstanding operational performance. You will play a key role in motivating and developing the team, maximising departmental efficiency, and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.

• Have you gained experience within a main dealer environment?
• Are you self-motivated, committed, and results-driven?
• Do you have a strong understanding of automotive aftersales operations?
• Have you successfully led and developed teams, with a proven track record of achieving results?
• Do you have experience managing a team in a customer-facing automotive environment?
