Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per year
Hours: 42 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Parts Advisor to join our busy bodyshop team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, ordering, and managing parts to support vehicle repairs, ensuring an efficient workflow throughout the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and order required parts for bodyshop repairs
- Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and customers
- Check deliveries, inspect parts quality, and handle returns where necessary
- Ensure parts are available in line with job schedules
- Maintain a clean and well‑organised parts department
- Provide excellent customer service and strong internal communication
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (bodyshop experience preferred)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Good computer skills and familiarity with parts systems
- Full UK driving licence preferred
