Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and flexible Roaming Panel Beater to join our team, based out of Witham (CM8 1ED). This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same – you’ll support multiple sites across Essex, covering holiday leave, sickness absence, and workload peaks.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality panel repairs and bodywork restoration on a variety of vehicles
Travel between sites across Essex as required
Support branches with increased workloads or staff shortages
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Body Technician
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different sites and teams
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Flexible and reliable with a professional attitude
