Working with a globally recognised brand, you’ll have the drive and leadership to deliver outstanding, trusted experiences for customers while maximising business performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading from the front – visible and approachable servant leadership 
• Focusing the whole team on a family-owned, customer first philosophy
• Building and developing a team who enjoy coming to work and have a sense of pride and purpose
• Driving performance across all departments to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of financial targets
• Working with Department Managers to create coordinated, detailed tactical plans aligned with long-term business goals
• Establishing effective organisational structures and control systems to ensure efficient operations
• Monitoring trends and identifying potential risks, taking timely corrective action
• Responding to competitive market activity to protect and grow the business

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Living within 45 minutes drive time of the dealership
• A people person that values every team member and the role they play
• Hands on leadership from the front – involved in the day to day detail (not office based consumed in spreadsheets)
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
• Demonstrable track record of success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and perform under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
