? Salary & Bonus:

  • Circa £30,000 base salary
  • Monthly incentive up to £800
  • Annual bonus up to 15%

? The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support our client’s UK operations. This office-based role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, customers, and dealer networks in a fast-paced environment.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (orders, registrations, stock, forecasts)
  • Support fleet administration, including demonstrator vehicles
  • Coordinate communications with customers and dealer networks
  • Assist with quarterly pricing and campaign support
  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Maintain CRM systems, including discount structures
  • Support event planning, marketing activity, and point-of-sale (PoS)
  • Compile industry reporting (e.g., SMMT and insights)
  • Provide Motability support and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales and operations

✅ About You

  • Experience within automotive, leasing, or fleet environment (preferred)
  • Background in fleet administration or customer-focused roles
  • Strong numeracy, organisation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive, team-oriented and detail-focused approach
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
