Location: Chiswick Park, London, W4 5YG – Head office Based
Salary: £40,000-£44,000 (depending on experience) + up to 15% bonus + £200 a month parking allowance
Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday – 9.00am-5.30pm – Office Based
Our client is one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the UK at the moment, bringing innovative products and a fresh customer experience to the UK market.
They are now actively looking to recruit a Treasury Analyst to be based from their UK head office in Chiswick Park.
Job Summary
As Treasury Analyst, you will assist Treasury Manager to manage and maintain
car financing structure, the company’s payment, Treasury-related transactions, bank
accounts and support sales’ financing queries and requests effectively.
The role focuses on providing support for daily treasury operations, cash
management and bank relationship. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this role is
designed to provide structured growth and progression for a candidate eager to build
their career in corporate treasury.
Key Responsibilities
• Car financing daily management (Floorplan and retail) , monitor and negotiate
wholesale credit facilities to support dealer ‘s business development
• Liaise with bank partners to secure competitive car financing facilities
• New brand/New bank partner onboarding
• Work with local banks and other internal stakeholders, to roll out wholesale
and retail car financing products/ projects (campaign/retention/used car..)
• Dealers’ daily communication for car financing and other finance-related
issues;
• Partner with banks to optimize bank services and customer satisfaction;
• Conduct financial health assessments for franchise/dealer partners and
provide risk-based recommendations.
• Monitor and assess local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory
developments in auto finance to support strategic decision-making
• Create E-banking payments .
• Initiation of treasury-related transaction (create E-banking payments, Fund
transfer, FX deal, etc.)
• Ad-hoc finance projects & analysis
Requirements:
• A minimum 3 years of related experience in auto finance, preferably within
OEM’s finance, banks or financial service companies.
• A Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related
fields (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in
financial analysis. ERP(especially SAP) proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong organisation and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability
to multitask effectively.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and progress within the
finance/treasury function.
• Able to work within diversified and fast-paced environment, and to manage
multiple projects
Whilst our client is ideally looking for someone from a Treasury background with car dealership / car manufacturer experience they will also consider someone from a banking background.
