Full-time | 40 hours (Mon–Fri + Saturday rota)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cosmetic Repair Technician to join a modern, high-performing bodyshop in Buckinghamshire, HP22, working with a leading premium automotive brand.
The Role
As a Cosmetic Technician, you will carry out high-quality minor repairs, restoring vehicles to an excellent standard using the latest techniques and equipment.

Key Duties

Carry out SMART repairs including minor paintwork, scuffs, scratches, and panel damage
Prepare, prime, and respray panels to a high standard
Repair alloy wheels, bumpers, and trims where required
Ensure colour matching and finish meet manufacturer quality standards
Follow health & safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced team

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Cosmetic Repair / SMART Repair Technician
Strong paint and preparation skills
Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Full UK driving licence
