Market Area Aftersales Manager

Pybus Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established automotive business to recruit an experienced and driven Market Area Aftersales Manager. This is a key leadership position responsible for leading the Market Area, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving agreed financial and performance targets.

The successful candidate will manage people, processes, and performance to ensure the department operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with manufacturer and company standards.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all service departments operations to achieve budget, profit, and performance targets
    • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention
    • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer, company, and warranty standards and processes
    • Manage staffing, recruitment, training, appraisals, and ongoing team development
    • Monitor departmental performance, budgets, and KPIs, reporting to senior management as required
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and manage goodwill budgets appropriately
    • Maintain a clean, professional, and compliant working environment at all times

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a Service Manager or Aftersales leadership role
    • Strong people management and leadership capability
    • Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and performance targets
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Sound understanding of manufacturer standards, warranty processes, and goodwill management
    • Flexible approach to working hours in line with business needs
